Collection: Owyhee Thundereggs

Owyhee Thundereggs – Dug by Hand in the Pacific Northwest

Straight from the rugged beauty of the Owyhee Mountains, these remarkable Thundereggs were self-collected by Rebel Rockhounding from a private location generously shared with us. Every piece pulled from that rocky wall came at the cost of hard work, blistered hands, and plenty of pick-and-hammer sweat—true rockhounding spirit at its finest.

These natural treasures range from golf ball to coconut size, each one a mystery until sliced open to reveal its heart of vivid agate banding, delicate waterlines, and mesmerizing color zones. No two Thundereggs are ever alike; each captures a unique moment of volcanic artistry from deep within the Pacific Northwest’s geologic past.

Every cut face tells a story—hand-dug, naturally formed, and proudly collected in the wild Owyhee hills by Rebel Rockhounding.
